Recommended dosage:

Take 1 capsule daily with 150 ml of liquid one hour before a meal.

Ingredients:

Füllsto (microcrystalline cellulose, sodium carboxymethylcellulose), coating agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), folic acid (as (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate glucosamine salt). Folic acid is added in the form of Quatrefolic®.
