Ich habe mich für Protein entscheiden, weil es leicht verdaulich ist und enthält. Der Geschmack Banane Joghurt ist angenehm, nicht zu süß und sehr cremig. Das Protein löst sich gut in Wasser und Milch ohne Klümpchen. Ich nutze es nach dem Training um auch zwischendurch, wenn ich eine schnelle Proteinquelle brauche. Insgesamt ein hochwertiges Produkt, dass sich gut in den Alltag integrieren lässt.
