Este es de esos suplementos que no se ven pero que no falla en mi rutina ☀️ La Vitamina D3 + K2 de MST me la tomo todos los días con el desayuno. Aunque vivamos en España, muchísima gente tiene la vitamina D baja: pasamos mucho tiempo dentro, usamos protector… y en otoño e invierno todavía más.
La vitamina D contribuye al mantenimiento de huesos y músculos y al funcionamiento normal del sistema inmune. Y la K2 contribuye al mantenimiento normal de los huesos. Por eso me gusta que vengan juntas en la misma cápsula 🦴
Son cápsulas pequeñitas, fáciles de tomar, y con una al día tengo suficiente. Cómodo y sin complicaciones.
Os recomiendo tomarla con una comida que tenga algo de grasa (aguacate, huevos, frutos secos…), porque así se absorbe mejor 🥑

This is one of those supplements you don’t see, but it never misses in my routine ☀️ I take MST’s Vitamin D3 + K2 every day with breakfast. Even living in Spain, so many people have low vitamin D: we spend a lot of time indoors, we wear sunscreen… and even more so in autumn and winter.
Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and muscles and to the normal function of the immune system. And K2 contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. That’s why I love having them together in one capsule 🦴
The capsules are small and easy to take, and one a day is enough for me. Simple and convenient.
I recommend taking it with a meal that has some fat (avocado, eggs, nuts…), as it’s absorbed better that way 🥑

Mi truco para los días que llego al gym sin ganas 💥
Las Beta Alanine + Caffeine de MST son unas pastillas que me tomo antes de entrenar, y la diferencia se nota. La cafeína me da ese empujón de energía y concentración, y la beta-alanina me ayuda a aguantar más en las series largas, cuando empieza a “quemar” el músculo 🔥
Lo que más me gusta es que vienen en pastillas: nada de preparar batidos ni cargar con botes. Me las tomo con agua un ratito antes de empezar y listo.
Un aviso: la beta-alanina puede dar un cosquilleo en la piel. Es totalmente normal y se pasa enseguida 😄
Eso sí, yo no las tomo si entreno tarde, que si no luego no hay quien duerma 😅

My secret for the days I show up to the gym with zero motivation 💥 MST’s Beta Alanine + Caffeine are tablets I take before training, and I can really feel the difference. The caffeine gives me that boost of energy and focus, and the beta-alanine helps me push through longer sets when the muscle starts to “burn” 🔥
What I love most is that they’re tablets: no shakes to mix, no tubs to carry around. I just take them with water a little before I start and that’s it.
Heads up: beta-alanine can cause a tingling feeling on your skin. It’s completely normal and goes away quickly 😄
