FAQ

What is MST® Rice Pudding 3 kg?

MST® Rice Pudding 3 kg is the bulk size of our grainy instant rice porridge made from 100% rice flour – from the German brand MST® Nutrition, manufactured in Germany. The tub contains approximately 60 servings of 50 g each and is intended for anyone who eats Rice Pudding regularly.

Buy rice pudding in bulk – is the 3 kg tin worth it?

Yes, if you eat rice pudding regularly: with the 3 kg tub, you pay less per serving than with the 1 kg tub, and it lasts around two months if you have one serving a day. That means you need to reorder less often - convenient for strength athletes in a bulking phase or for meal prep.

Why is MST® Rice Pudding grainy?

MST® rice pudding is intentionally grainy, so it eats like real rice pudding rather than smooth pudding. It stays grainy even when you stir in protein powder, quark, or fruit. Adjust the consistency by changing the amount of water.

When and how do athletes eat rice pudding?

Many athletes eat rice pudding for breakfast, as a snack, or before and after training. Preparation: Mix 50 g of powder with 150 ml of water and let it sit for 2 minutes. Add one scoop of protein powder (e.g., MST® Best Whey or Best Egg) to make a protein-rich protein rice pudding.

What ingredients does MST® Rice Pudding contain?

Only one ingredient: rice flour (100%). No added sugar, flavors, or sweeteners—you decide the taste and sweetness yourself, for example with cinnamon, fruit, honey, or strongly flavored protein powder. Information about possible allergen traces can be found on the label.

Ganz klare Empfehlung!!
