What is MST® Micellar Casein?

MST® Micellar Casein is a protein powder made from micellar casein—the main protein in milk—here in Chocolate flavor. Casein is digested more slowly than whey, making it particularly suitable as a shake in the evening or between longer gaps between meals. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and to the maintenance of normal bones.

Casein or whey – which is better for me?

Whey is digested quickly and is the classic choice right after training. Casein forms a gel-like structure in the stomach and releases its amino acids over several hours - ideal in the evening before bed or when you won't be able to eat for a while.
